Prague Tours (UK) Ltd. urges all organisers / users to undertake their own stringent preparations / inspections / research to ensure that they are entirely satisfied. If time is an issue, we urge organisers to delay organisation until the necessary enquiries can be made and total satisfaction can be reached.

Prague Tours (UK) Ltd. also urges you to take out insurance before engaging in any potentially hazardous activity and to cover cancellations.

Photographic images should only be used as a guide, variations may occur. All trademarks, images, logos are copyrighted and remain the property of Prague Tours (UK) Limited and the respective companies.

A cancellation fee of the first payment or 10% will be retained by Prague Tours (UK) Ltd in the event of a cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. 50% cancellation fee for less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks. 80% cancellation fee for less than 2 weeks but more than 1 week. 100% cancellation fee is payable when less than 1 weeks notice is received. Any balance owed by Prague Tours (UK) Ltd will be returned to the customer.

Prague Tours (UK) Ltd. will endeavour to act on any reasonable comments, including the correction of errors, and requests made directly to info@praguetoursuk.com pertaining to the www.praguetoursuk.com website and if necessary remove information from our exchange.
