Well, Christmas and the New Year are finally out of the way and at long last it gives me time to sit down, recover and write this, the first of the Prague Tours (UK) Ltd news letters. Christmas was to say the least “Cold”, with temperatures dropping to -15 Celsius in some parts of the country…. And the New Year celebrations, lets just say that I now know what it must have felt like for the occupants of Baghdad when the allied forces started their bombing of the city…. I can honestly say that I have never seen so many fire works going up at one time… The sight was a spectacle not to be missed and the noise was to say the least “deafening”! So, what’s coming for the early part of 2006 and the lead up to Easter??? There are many discounted hotel rates at the moment, with prices as low as £25 per night for a single and £28 for a double in the 3 star hotels.
